REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy ('Policy') applies to the Registration Fee of INR 1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred Only, inclusive of applicable taxes) collected by FLAGBEARERS NETWORK PRIVATE LIMITED, operating as JUMPINGGOOSE® WORKADEMY ('WORKADEMY'), from users who register on the WORKADEMY Waitlist at workademyworld.com.

This Policy is compliant with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the Reserve Bank of India guidelines applicable to digital payment merchants.

By making payment of the Registration Fee, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Policy.

2. Nature of the Registration Fee

The Registration Fee of INR 1,500/- is a non-refundable administrative and processing fee collected for the following purposes:

• To confirm the User's genuine intent to apply for the WORKADEMY current year cohort;
• To allocate administrative and evaluation resources to process the User's application through the multi-stage selection process;
• To secure the User's position on the official WORKADEMY Waitlist.

The Registration Fee does not constitute payment for admission to the WORKADEMY program, nor does it guarantee selection. It is a preliminary, non-refundable registration charge.

3. No Refund Policy

Subject to the limited exceptions set out in Clause 4 below, the Registration Fee of INR 1,500/- is strictly non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed. This applies regardless of:

• Whether the User is selected or not selected to join the WORKADEMY cohort;
• Whether the User chooses to withdraw their application after payment;
• Whether the User is unable to attend the selection stages due to personal circumstances;
• Whether the User decides not to proceed with the program after payment of the Registration Fee.

Users are strongly advised to carefully consider their intent and eligibility before making payment.

4. Exceptions — Limited Refund Circumstances

WORKADEMY will initiate a full refund of the Registration Fee only in the following circumstances:

4.1 Technical or Payment Errors

If a User is charged more than once for a single registration due to a technical error on the Website or a processing error by Razorpay, the excess amount charged will be refunded to the original payment method. The User must report such errors to grievance@workademyworld.com within 7 (seven) calendar days of the transaction date.

4.2 Program Cancellation by WORKADEMY

In the exceptional event that WORKADEMY cancels the current year cohort entirely prior to the commencement of Stage 1 of the selection process, all Users who have paid the Registration Fee will receive a full refund to their original payment method within 15 (fifteen) business days of the cancellation announcement.

4.3 Erroneous or Unauthorised Transactions

If a payment is made without the User's authorisation (i.e., through fraud or unauthorised use of a payment instrument), the User must immediately notify their bank or payment provider and WORKADEMY at grievance@workademyworld.com. WORKADEMY will co-operate with the bank and Razorpay in the investigation of such claims. Refunds in such cases will be subject to the outcome of the bank's investigation.

5. Cancellation by the User

Users may withdraw their waitlist registration at any time by writing to grievance@workademyworld.com. However, cancellation of a registration does not entitle the User to a refund of the Registration Fee, except in the circumstances described in Clause 4 above.
Upon cancellation, the User's waitlist position and all associated selection process access will be forfeited.

6. Refund Process

Where a refund is approved under Clause 4, the following process applies:

• The User must submit a written refund request to grievance@workademyworld.com, including their full name, registered email address, registered mobile number, and proof of payment (transaction ID or payment confirmation).
• WORKADEMY will acknowledge the refund request within 48 (forty-eight) hours of receipt.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 15 (seven to fifteen) business days from the date of approval.
• Refunds will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made. WORKADEMY does not process refunds to a different account or payment instrument.
• Bank processing times may vary. WORKADEMY is not responsible for delays caused by the User's bank or payment provider after the refund has been initiated from our end.

7. GST and Taxes

Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other applicable statutory taxes included in the Registration Fee are non-refundable to the extent already remitted to the relevant tax authorities, even in cases where a refund is otherwise approved under Clause 4. The refundable amount will be the net Registration Fee after deduction of any non-recoverable taxes.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a refund or cancellation, Users may contact our Grievance Officer at:

Response Time: Acknowledged within 48 hours; resolved within 30 business days.
If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you may approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or the online consumer grievance portal at consumerhelpline.gov.in.

9. Amendments

WORKADEMY reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Website. Users who have already paid the Registration Fee will be governed by the Policy in effect at the time of their payment for all refund-related matters.
