These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') constitute a legally binding agreement between you ('User', 'You', 'Your') and FLAGBEARERS NETWORK PRIVATE LIMITED, operating as JUMPINGGOOSE® WORKADEMY ('WORKADEMY', 'We', 'Us', 'Our'), with its registered office at #323, CMR Main Road, HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru – 560043, Karnataka, India.
By accessing workademyworld.com ('Website'), registering on our waitlist, or making a payment of the Registration Fee of INR 1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred Only), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund and Cancellation Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website or submit any payment.

By submitting a registration, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility criteria.
The Registration Fee of INR 1,500/- (inclusive of applicable taxes) is a non-refundable waitlist registration charge. Payment of this fee confirms your intent to be considered for the JUMPINGGOOSE WORKADEMY current year cohort and grants you a position on the official WORKADEMY Waitlist.
TheRegistration Fee does not constitute payment for admission, guarantee selectionto the program, or create any obligation on WORKADEMY to admit you to anycohort.
Registration on the waitlist does not guarantee selection. WORKADEMY conducts a rigorous, multi-stage selection process. Admission decisions are made at the sole discretion of WORKADEMY and are final. WORKADEMY reserves the right to accept or reject any applicant without being required to provide reasons.
All payments are processed through Razorpay Payment Solutions Private Limited ('Razorpay'), a licensed Payment Aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. By making a payment through our Website, you agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to these Terms.
The Registration Fee is denominated in Indian Rupees (INR). WORKADEMY is not responsible for any currency conversion charges, bank fees, or transaction charges levied by your payment provider.
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email at the registered email address. Please retain this for your records.
Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any other applicable statutory levies shall be charged in addition to the Registration Fee, as required under the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and applicable notifications thereunder.
You agree to use the Website solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the exclusive property of FLAGBEARERS NETWORK PRIVATE LIMITED and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable intellectual property laws of India.
The JUMPINGGOOSE® and WORKADEMY™ names, logos, and marks are trademarks of Daiwik Creations Private Limited. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as conferring any licence or right to use any trademark displayed on the Website.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Website without our prior written consent.
The Website and all content, materials, and services provided through it are offered on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without any representations or warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, WORKADEMY disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
WORKADEMY does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You assume full responsibility for your use of the Website.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, FLAGBEARERS NETWORK PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website, the Registration Fee payment, or the selection process.
In no event shall WORKADEMY's total liability to you for any cause of action exceed the amount of the Registration Fee paid by you, i.e., INR 1,500/-.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including questions regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the name and contact details of our Grievance Officer are as follows:

Response Time: Grievances will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 business days of receipt.
WORKADEMY reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy available on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between you and WORKADEMY with respect to your use of the Website and the Registration Fee, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
